The apartment is located in a palace known as Palasciano Tower, its name comes from the name of its founder, the doctor Ferdinando Palasciano, he was a surgeon and Italian politician, considered one of the forerunners of the Red Cross. The palace was realized in 1868 it combines Neo Gothic and Renaissance style and it reminds a lot of some buildings of Tuscan Renaissance in particular it was inspired by Palace of Signoria in Firenze.

The building is made of tuff stone masonry, it has three levels and on the top there is a panoramic tower which, thanks to its position, dominates the entire city.
